1. KEMRA. We want the power to decide our own destiny and that of KEMET. We therefore think that armed with our classic antiquities which are based on the MAAT and the fundamental role that they have played in Humanity’s history; we possess a political, cultural, and economic philosophy superior to any other, and thus we do not envy that of any other people. Furthermore, no people can move forward by self-alienation and an imposed, foreign, political, cultural, and economic philosophy. 3. UHEM MESUT (THE KAMITE RENAISSANCE). After several centuries of foreign oppression and barbaric treatment, Arab and European Slavery, and then more than a century of colonization and neo-colonialism, our societies are termed as folkloric in the scientific, cultural, political, and economic domains. We have lost the unity and the fundamental values which were our original traits. After so much wandering, the time has come therefore to rise up and restore our consciences and our destiny. “It is almost certain to believe that Africa cannot, and can never develop and fortify itself no matter what we do, without a conscious, affirmed and responsible African vision.” (Pr. Obenga) Thus it behooves on each generation to play its role. We are all responsible for the history which is being made right before our eyes. 4. THE KEMITES/KAMITES We are historically and culturally Kemites/Kamites from the root KEM/KAM which means Black, and also, Perfect, Complete. Being in harmony with our ancestors, we are fully aware of what the stakes are, in the world today. 5. SIA, KUMBA, UJIMA, UMOJA (INTELLIGENCE, CREATIVITY, IMPLICATION, AND SOLIDARITY). We think it is necessary to think differently. That implies at the same time a necessity to operate by the knowledge of a personal rebirth. And also by the cycle of “knowledge-diffusion”, all of us in our numbers would participate in the awakening of consciences. 6. THE SO CALLED AFRICAN NATIONALITIES ARE VOID AND UNVIABLE. We think that our future would be the way we envisage it, and we are working towards it with Love and Discipline. Consequently, we do not consider ourselves on the basis of a historical analysis made by certain people of evil intent. We do not need to think and act like entities imprisoned in void and unviable states: Gabon, Senegal, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Mozambique, Angola, South Africa, Ethiopia, etc., and other colonial constructions. 7. A COMMON ORIGIN/A COMMON HOME. All the children who recognize themselves as belonging to the Motherland, KEMET (Africa) are our brothers and sisters, whether they are in the Bahamas, Mexico, Cuba, United States of America, the Mother Continent, the Caribbean, Asia, Oceania, and Europe. To sum up, our brothers and sisters who have been kidnapped and deported by the flow of history. 8. THE KAMITE PARADIGM. The map of KEMET (Africa) is our logo and it is in the right position. It is not upside down. Our Ancestors of the Nile Valley always looked up to what is called the “South”. It is the point of origin. Currently, KEMET (Africa) is looked at from the European North. Everything is just a question of perspective, of paradigm. The “South” represented for our Ancestors their roots, their origins. It is therefore legitimate for us to move forward from own references, our own frame, our own paradigm. 9. CELEBRATING JEHUTY (KEMITE GENIUS). KEMRA will participate in the establishment of research centers (Institutes, Schools, etc.) in KEMET (Africa); this will enable the transfer of knowledge and intelligence between Perw Ankh (Kamite universities). KEMRA takes innovative steps in order to pay homage and honour Brothers and Sisters who fully participate in this Kemetic Renaissance. 10. SEMA TAW (FEDERAL STATE OF KEMET). We are conscious of the fact that in order to achieve the Uhem Mesut (Kamite Renaissance), we must have a Federal State in the Motherland. This State would be the guarantor of our Independence, our Security and our Dignity everywhere in the world. |
